Yup, several weeks ago, i’ve been to a great festival at Plano,Texas. It’s great and for me it’s wonderful because never seen it live before. It was the hot air Balloon Festival that was held at big park in Plano. Actually the balloon show were started at 6 PM, but me and my friends already been there since 3 PM. So while we were waiting for the show, we were travelling from one stand to another stand. Yes there were quite lot of stands there. Usually stands of sponsors and social organizations and foods of course, o ya, also stands of Barrack Obama and John McCain. And it had also kids area and bands. Actually we were not just sightseeing but we tried to get free stuff by playing game and everybody in the festival did that. it was fun, it was really recreation for family, for all ages.
It was almost the time for balloon show, so people were gathering near the balloon launch area. There were several balloon ready to be launch with the hot air (that fire). The show w
as started with several skydivers holding american flag and landed at the balloon launch area while the american’s national anthem was playing.
After that we were so excited to see the launching of balloons. It’s not ordinary hot air balloon, it’s cool because so colorfull and cute with variety of shapes, I’ll show u later. And when they launched the balloon with fire (to produce the hot air rite?), i was amazed, felt like kids again. They were big..so big,gigantic! Actually we can also ride the balloon but it’s quite expensive to pay the price, just lucky people (who has money) could ride it and fly with it. Yes, after each balloon was launched, they got to fly, with the lucky persons in it.. Each time one balloons flew, people on the ground were waving to the balloon, specially kids. So after all the balloons were launched, the sky was full of beautifull balloons with the backgrounds of beautifull sky also.

Okay,that’s the first round..apparently,there’s second round,yiippeee… This time was more interesting coz it’s wasn;t juz round but also u can see shape of flower, dragon, panda, tree including the birds..awesome… I wonder how they create it.. But this time, the balloons didn’t fly, they just launched it and keep it stayed on the ground, why? because they have another attraction. But before talking bout it, i’ll let u see the amazing balloon.

So when the sky were getting dark, it’s time to “light the balloon”.. Yup, light the balloon at the same time, they did it several time, and we counted down together to light the balloon.. And when the balloons lights up at the same time,they were beautifull.. I love to see city light, shining of stars, and that time I really love it saw the sight of balloon light. I have funny stories here,me and my my friends bring ourself camera, so there’s 2 camera and there were same type, but we had only got one memory card coz we forgot to check it. And when we’re trying to take picture just before the time of “light the balloon”, my (or his, i forgot) camera started run out of battery. So each time it’s going to show empty battery sign, we tried to switch the battery to another camera, tried to expand the life of the battery,hehehe.. And when the balloons lighted up for the first time, i tried to take the picture, and the camera just shutted down, off..period. So my last chance just using the phone camera which had less quality than the camera of course, better than nothing at all. Here it is,
Finally the festival ended with amazing fireworks, what a great way to end the festival. It was fun and just need $4 to have that experience.. Cool.. Wondering when I could come to such great festival again….
